Within 14 days of arrival, only credit card can be accepted for payment. Cancellation Policy: 30 day notice= full refund (-$25 processing fee). Less than 30 day notice=only deposit is refunded, unless rebooked for same time period (-$25 processing fee). Minimum age for renters is 23 years old.
